1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed and approved by NOOR TECH LLC to ensure the safety and security of confidential data received from Users, Sellers, and Logistic Partners of the NOOR Service. Before using the NOOR Service, the User must review both the User Agreement and the terms of this Policy.
1.2. NOOR TECH LLC is not responsible for the consequences of the User transferring personal data to a third party if such transfer was performed on a third party’s information resource.
1.3. Use of the NOOR Service constitutes the User’s unconditional agreement with this Policy and its terms for processing personal data obtained from the User’s mobile device and from external information resources.
1.4. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement, the Agreement with a Partner, and the Agreement with a Logistic Partner. By accepting (or signing) one of these documents, the respective User, Seller, and/or Logistic Partner expresses their unconditional consent to the processing of all information defined below as Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, regardless of any agreement with the User Agreement, the User must refrain from using the NOOR Service.
2.1. Automated Processing of Confidential Information – processing of confidential information using computing devices.
2.2. Personal Data Security – ensuring a secure environment for personal data from unauthorized and/or unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, or distribution, as well as other unlawful actions.
2.3. Blocking of Confidential Information – temporary cessation of processing Confidential Information (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify the Confidential Information).
2.4. Information System of Confidential Information – the set of data contained in databases of Confidential Information and the information technologies and technical means that process them.
2.5. Information about a Legal Entity – any information recorded on an electronic, paper, or other material medium, including but not limited to the names of legal entities, contact details (postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers), and other information received by NOOR TECH LLC from Sellers and Logistic Partners.
2.6. Trade Secret – information that holds commercial value in scientific-technical, technological, production, financial-economic, and other spheres due to its being unknown to third parties.
2.7. Confidential Information – information, including personal data, that NOOR TECH LLC receives from Users, Partners, and Logistic Partners during the registration and use of the NOOR Service.
2.8. Logistic Partner – a legal or physical entity that delivers goods from the Seller to the Buyer for an order placed via the NOOR Service.
2.9. Data De-identification – actions that render it impossible to determine, without additional information, that specific personal data belongs to a particular User or other data subject.
2.10. Processing of Confidential Information – any action (or set of actions) performed with or without automation on Confidential Information, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (or modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), de-identification, blocking, deletion, or destruction of Confidential Information.
2.11. NOOR Service Partners – NOOR TECH LLC’s partners: INBIZ SOLUTIONS LLC, AF DRIVE LLC, I-BOX LLC, and their affiliated persons.
2.12. Personal Data – any information recorded on an electronic, paper, or other material medium that relates to a specific individual or allows for their identification.
2.13. User – a legally competent individual aged 18 or over who has accepted the Offer.
2.14. Provision of Confidential Information – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
2.15. Seller – a legal entity that sells goods to Users of the NOOR Service.
2.16. Distribution of Confidential Information – any actions aimed at disclosing Confidential Information to an indefinite group of persons (transferring Confidential Information) or making Confidential Information available to an unlimited circle of persons, including public disclosure via mass media, posting on information and telecommunication networks, or providing access in any other manner.
2.17. NOOR Service – computer programs and databases (including the NOOR mobile application) that allow Buyers to place orders for goods from Sellers and arrange delivery through a Logistic Partner.
2.18. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data – transferring personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a governmental authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.
2.19. Destruction of Personal Data – any actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore the content in the personal data information system and/or resulting in the destruction of material carriers of personal data.
3.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all Confidential Information that NOOR TECH LLC and/or its affiliated entities, including its Partners, may receive from Users, Sellers, and Logistic Partners during their interaction with the NOOR Service, as well as during the execution of any agreements and contracts concluded with the User, Seller, and Logistic Partner in relation to or as a result of using the NOOR Service.
4.1. The Confidential Information obtained by the NOOR Service for each User, Seller, and Logistic Partner is collected, processed, stored, and used by NOOR TECH LLC, a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered at: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Buyuk Ipak Yuli Street, 218-220, or its affiliated entities.
5.1. The processing of confidential information and personal data is carried out to provide Users with access to the NOOR Service, including for the following purposes:
Data may also be processed to prevent fraud, misuse of services, and to ensure the security of information, systems, networks, and related security measures.
5.2. In case additional purposes arise or as required by applicable legislation, NOOR may request separate consent for processing Confidential Information.
5.3. This Policy applies to Confidential Information obtained both before and after its enactment.
6.1. In accordance with the functional purpose of the NOOR Service, the following data is processed:
a) Personal data provided during registration: Full Name, mobile phone number, address, age, and gender;
b) The date and time of access to the NOOR Service;
c) Geolocation information;
d) Information about legal entities and their representatives – including the legal entity’s name, TIN, OKED, bank details, legal and postal addresses, contact details, trade secrets, technical information, and other non-disclosable information received from Sellers and Logistic Partners;
e) Electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, mobile device information, mobile network data, information resource address, software details, browser identifier data, wi-fi network data);
f) Information regarding activity during the use of the NOOR Service (requests, purchase data, information on visited organizations, likes and preferences, contacts from the telephone book);
g) Payment card data and other payment information provided by the User, as well as data obtained from Partners or other persons involved in conducting payment operations via the NOOR Service and/or in connection with the provision of NOOR’s paid services;
h) Information received from partners or other persons under the agreements concluded between the User and the respective partner, as well as the agreements concluded between NOOR TECH and the Partner;
i) Information received from Sellers (or their representatives) during interaction with the POS system, including login and password for the Seller’s POS terminal; ICPU; names, prices, composition, weights, descriptions of dishes and additives; photos of dishes; the quantity of dishes in stock; operating hours of the establishment; geographical coordinates of the establishments; other information necessary for proper interaction between the parties; order readiness statuses and order composition;
k) Any other information necessary for processing in accordance with the terms of use of the NOOR Service.
The provisions of this Policy also include the cross-border transfer of Confidential Information. Such transfer is carried out to foreign states that provide adequate protection for the rights of personal data subjects.
6.2. NOOR also carries out de-identified processing of confidential information.
6.3. NOOR will make every effort to protect confidential information during its processing. It is recommended to regularly visit this site, as this Privacy Policy may be updated in accordance with changes in current legislation or in our internal processes.
6.4. NOOR does not verify the provided Confidential Information except as stipulated by the User Agreement, the Partner Agreement, or the Agreement with the Logistic Partner, and cannot judge its accuracy or whether the User has sufficient capacity to provide the Confidential Information, or whether the necessary consents for the transfer of personal data from the Sellers’ representatives and/or Logistic Partners have been obtained. NOOR assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient Confidential Information and updates it promptly, and that Sellers and Logistic Partners have obtained all necessary consents for transferring their representatives’ personal data.
6.5. The User, Seller, and/or Logistic Partner provides Confidential Information voluntarily. Failure to provide certain Confidential Information, or withdrawal of consent for its processing, may result in the inability to use the NOOR Service.
7.1. NOOR is entitled to carry out the cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.1. NOOR ensures the security of the confidential information it processes by taking the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the protection of personal data.
8.2. NOOR will take all measures to protect confidential information and prevent unauthorized access. Confidential Information will be used by NOOR employees only to the extent necessary for the purposes set forth in Section 5 of this Policy.
8.3. Additionally, NOOR may transfer Confidential Information to its affiliated entities, including NOOR Service Partners, solely for the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Policy.
8.4. NOOR may engage third parties to provide certain services in accordance with the User Agreement, the Partner Agreement, and/or the Agreement with the Logistic Partner. If such third parties require access to Confidential Information, NOOR undertakes to ensure that such access is limited to what is necessary for providing the relevant services. Moreover, these external service providers must independently comply with all applicable data protection regulations. Examples of such service providers include those offering web analytics, data processing, advertising, email marketing, payment processing, order fulfillment, etc.
8.5. The Confidential Information of the User, Seller, and/or Logistic Partner will never be transferred to third parties, except in cases required by current legislation and/or for the purposes of processing Confidential Information in the interests of NOOR.
8.6. The retention period for Confidential Information by NOOR is determined by the date on which the purpose for which it was collected and processed is fulfilled or to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.7. All Confidential Information received from Users, Sellers, and Logistic Partners will be stored within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.8. Processing of Confidential Information is carried out both using automated tools and without them.
Users, including Sellers and Logistic Partners of the NOOR Service, have the right to:
10.1. This Policy, the relationships between the User, Seller, or Logistic Partner arising from its application, and issues not regulated by this Policy are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10.2. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of their Confidential Information by contacting NOOR via email at noorapp.business@gmail.com.
10.3. In the event of unlawful use of Confidential Information, the data subject whose information is used unlawfully should send NOOR a written request for the deletion of such Confidential Information. The request must include identification documents proving the identity of the data subject, a description of the unlawfully used Confidential Information, and details of where and under what circumstances the Confidential Information is being used unlawfully.
10.4. NOOR reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without the User’s consent at its discretion, including but not limited to cases when such changes are necessitated by amendments in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan governing the processing of personal data and the use of the Service. Changes become effective three days after their posting on the NOOR Service, at which point the previous version of the Policy is no longer valid. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must cease any use of the NOOR Service.
10.5. This document will reflect any changes made by NOOR to the Policy. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
